Dave Sprowl, President 

Dave Sprowl is an AV rated attorney (Martindale Hubble’s highest rating) and a former partner at the law firm McDermott, Will & Emery.  He is an Elder at Mariners Church where he served on three occasions as Chairman of the Board of Elders.  Dave also served as Associate Pastor for the global outreach ministry of Mariners before resigning in 2006 to devote more time to Resplendent Hope.   Mr. Sprowl has served as a consultant for many nonprofit organizations including Safe Families for Children and Olive Crest where he also served as General Counsel.  He has trained other organizations in missional storytelling.  Dave is married with three children and resides in Newport Beach, California.

 

Chris Wing, Chief Financial Officer

Chris Wing has extensive experience in the healthcare industry.  He currently serves as CEO for SCAN Healthplan.  Prior to joining SCAN Mr. Wing was the COO and EVP for Healthcare Partners.  He has also served as EVP for Health Net, West Coast Operations, and CEO for PacifiCare of California.  Chris earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Corporate Marketing and Finance from California State University, Long Beach.  He also holds an MBA in Strategic Planning from USC.   In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife Aimee and spending time with his two grown children.

 

Kristi Kirkpatrick, Corporate Secretary

Kristi Kirkpatrick is a business entrepreneur involved in various aspects of the real estate industry; residential, investment and distressed properties.  She holds her real estate license and practices in the state of California.  Over the years, Kristi has been involved in youth, women and mission ministries.  Ms. Kirkpatrick is a member of the Board of Directors of Every Generation Ministries.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management degree from the University of Phoenix, and has also completed professional development studies in management and leadership at The Drucker School of Business, Claremont Graduate University.  In her free time, Kristi enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

 

Elise Froistad, Board Member

Elise Froistad is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice for over 20 years.  She has also worked with children in foster care during that time addressing issues of complex trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder.  Elise was in youth ministry in the early part of her career working with junior and senior high school students.  She has worked with children suffering from poverty, malnutrition and trauma around the globe including Mexico, Romania, Haiti, and here in the US in the inner cities of Boston, Philadelphia and Los Angeles.  Ms. Froistad has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Arts from Azusa Pacific University.  She has also served as Vice Chair of the California Board of Behavioral Sciences having been appointed to two terms by Governor Schwarzenegger.  Elise enjoys running, reading, going to the beach, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
